We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist – IT with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles and work closely with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs efficiently and within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for junior, mid-level, and senior technical roles
Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring strategies
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess technical fit
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with internal and external panels
Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Negotiate offers, roll out offer letters, and support onboarding activities
Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics
Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding
Required Skills & Qualifications
3 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience
Experience using recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions
Strong follow-up and closure skills
