Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst – Project Management professional to drive end-to-end analytics and data projects. The role involves translating business requirements into actionable insights, defining KPIs and reporting needs, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, translating business objectives into clear analytics use cases, KPIs, and user stories.
- Define metric logic, data requirements, reporting specifications, and prepare BRDs, FRDs, dashboard wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
- Own end-to-end delivery of analytics and data projects, including defining project scope, milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
- Manage sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and overall delivery tracking to ensure timely execution.
- Support UAT, validate data accuracy, ensure stakeholder alignment, and obtain final sign-off.
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage scope changes, and maintain alignment between business, technical teams, and client stakeholders.
- Provide regular project status updates and ensure transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Project Management in data or analytics projects
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, BI, dashboards, and KPI frameworks
- Experience working with Data Engineers, BI Developers, and stakeholders
- Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in consulting or client-facing delivery environments
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus
