Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) with strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SQL MI, and Azure SQL.
The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, engage directly with customers, translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and drive execution using Agile methodologies. This role requires a balanced blend of technical depth, project leadership, and customer-facing skills to ensure high-quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead requirement gathering, discovery workshops, JAD sessions, and stakeholder meetings
- Understand business objectives and translate them into clear technical and functional requirements
- Manage customer expectations, proactively address risks, and handle escalations effectively
- Provide regular status reports, demos, and progress updates to internal and external stakeholders
Technical Leadership – Microsoft Power Platform
- Collaborate with architects and development teams to design scalable and secure Power Platform solutions
- Review and validate solution architecture, data models, workflows, integrations, and technical designs
- Provide guidance on Power Platform best practices, including governance, DLP policies, environment strategy, and ALM
- Support teams in resolving complex technical challenges and ensuring solution quality
- Contribute to solution roadmaps, platform enhancements, and performance optimization initiatives
Agile Project Management
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Create and manage product backlogs, sprint goals, timelines, and delivery milestones
- Track project progress using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Zenhub, or similar
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Ensure delivery aligns with Agile principles, timelines, and customer commitments
Project Planning & Delivery
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, resource plans, and effort estimates
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through deployment and post-go-live support
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality
- Coordinate closely with QA, UAT, and release management teams
- Ensure complete and accurate project documentation including SRS, technical design documents, test cases, user guides, and release plans
Required Skills & Experience
Experience & Technical Expertise
- 5–10+ years of experience in IT Project Management
- 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 projects
- Strong hands-on understanding of:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Dataverse
- SQL MI and Azure SQL
- Experience with Power Platform ALM, solution deployment, and governance frameworks
- Working knowledge of Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure AD, API Management (preferred)

- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, Architects)
- Ability to balance technical discussions with business priorities
