Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong software development background, solid Agile/Scrum experience. The role involves end-to-end project delivery, customer engagement, and close collaboration with engineering teams to deliver high-quality healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Act as primary customer/stakeholder contact and manage expectations
- Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives
- Translate business requirements into clear technical execution plans
- Collaborate with architects and developers on design, integrations, and delivery
- Track risks, dependencies, timelines, and delivery milestones
- Coordinate with QA, UAT, and release teams
- Ensure proper documentation and post-go-live support
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–12+ years of IT experience
- Mandatory prior hands-on experience as a Developer / Technical Lead
- 4–6+ years as a Technical Project Manager / Scrum-based delivery role
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams
- Should have Healthcare domain experience
- Solid understanding of application architecture, APIs, databases, and integrations
Preferred Qualifications
Scrum Master / Agile Certification
PMP or equivalent certification
Healthcare or domain-specific certifications (plus)
